To setup the BLF extensions, 1st go to Quickdial.

1. Give the extension a title ie Food Bev
2. Enter the extension number ie 1003
3. Enable the Busy Lamp Field.
4. Now Save.

You will now see the extension in the Quickdial.

To transfer a call the method is exactly the same as our guide Groundwire Call Transfer but instead of dialling the extension number you would just go to your Quickdial instead.
