Unique features of our Hashkey phone system other providers do not have 
- CallBack - allow your callers to request a Call back from you
- Ring group hold music. This allows you to play a separate on hold music by department
- Missed call alerts. Get a missed call alert when a caller hangs up from anywhere in our phone system
- Contact groups. Allow designated callers to bypass normal call flow. For example send a contact directly to a particular team member or department
