By default Zoiper automatically goes to sleep after 300 seconds of inactivity. This can cause an issue if you walk away from your desk as Zoiper may not ring.

Here we can change the timeout to 1 hour (3600 seconds).

Before making the changes. Please make sure Zoiper is closed down.

In the Windows search bar at the bottom type %appdata% and hit the enter key

This should open the Appdata/Roaming folder on your pc.

Now open the zipper folder

We need to edit the Config.xml file

Right click and choose Open With and then Notepad

We are looking for <auto_away>180</auto_away> near the top of the document, Change the 180 to 3600

Now choose File and Save

You can now open Zoiper again
