To added numbers to the phone book on your Snom, you will need to access the phone via your web browser.

First we need the ip address of the Snom. To do this press the button below the HELP on the Snom screen.

Using the Snom navigation button. Scroll down to the ip address

The address showing is https://10.10.10.60:443.

Paste your details in to the address bar of your web browser and press the enter key.

At this point you may be prompted to enter a username and password. If the phone was auto provisioned by us, the user name will be admin and the password will be the last 6 digits of you mac code on the base of the phone under the barcode.

Once logged in. Choose directory

Enter the details required and click the add button

Once you have added all the names and numbers required. You can export these and import in to another phone. To Export your address book, choose the html link on the word here as below on the Click here to save the current directory

Save off your file in a location of your choice

Now login to your next phone following the procdure above to obtain the ip address click on the browse button under import

Locate your file and this will show in the Filename field and click load

Here we are going to delete any directory we already have and click save
