Please note that depending on your version of Android, the screen shots may differ.

Open your email containing the Groundwire config. Click on the attachment download button to save the file.

Open Groundwire and click the 3 dots to access the settings.

Choose Preferences, Restore configurations.

Browse to the Downloads folder and click on the downloaded Groundwire config.

On the Restore configuration box click OK.

You will now be prompted to enter the restore password. This would have been supplied by us with your restore file. Enter the password followed by Continue.
