To download your archived recordings, please follow below

Download and install Cyberduck from the following https://cyberduck.io/download/

Open Cyberduck and go to Bookmark, New Bookmark

Change the protocol to SFTP
Set the server to archive.vostel.co.uk
Set the port to 22
Enter the username and password which would have been supplied in an email

Once completed, click the X to exit out.

Double click the connection to connect. The 1st time you run the connection you will get the following prompt.

Tick the box that says Always and the click allow

Once open you will see your current archived files

Right click the archived file you would like to download and choose Download To and choose the location on your machine
