To find out the IP address press the OK key when the phone is idle, this on a T46 for example is under the 4 arrow buttons.

The ip address is shown on the screen as below

In your web browser enter the ip address of your phone using the https connection, so from our example you would enter https://10.11.17.136

The user name you have should be admin, it you have been given a username of user you will need to ask your supplier for the admin details.

Enter the login detail to make sure you can login to the handset ready for porting day.

If you have a cordless Yealink you will need to use the master base to help get your ip. On the base make sure the 3 leds are showing (item 1). If all 3 leds are lit then press and let go of the button (item 2).

At this point your handset should ring showing the base ip address
