There are two ways to transfer a call, either to an extension or external phone number:

Attended transfer: The call is announced to the other extension or phone number before transferring the call.

1. Answer the call
2. Press 'Transfer' followed by the desired extension number or speed dial button
3. Announce the call
4. To transfer the call either press the 'Transfer' button or just hangup
5. If you do not wish to transfer the call press the 'Resume' button
