Once you have the base connected to the power and the network, press and release the wif looking button on the base. This will ring the handset and display the ip address on the screen, this will look something like 192.168.1.X

Login using admin as the username and admin as the password

Choose Settings (this may look a little different depening on the model of phone)

Choose Auto provision

Enter the following url in Server URL field and then click Confirm http://provisioning.vostel.co.uk/app/provision/index.php?mac=$MAC

Once confirmed scroll down and click the Auto Provisiong Now button. The handset should now be configured.
