Our voicemail service can send an email with the audio file when a message is left. Just add the email address to the corresponding voicemail box in our customer area, Stan.
If you prefer, voicemails can be managed from your handset instead although this way isn't very popular anymore.
This is how you can set a personal greeting.
For your own Voicemail dial *97 from your handset.
Once into the voicemail choose option 5 – Advanced menu. From here you can record your voicemail greetings and select a message to be played. There are 9 greeting slots available, this is useful for when you are on holiday or in meetings.
System Voicemail
You can have multiple system voicemail boxes. We setup open and closed voicemail boxes by default. Messages left can be emailed to more than one email address.
To access Open voicemail - dial *981098 from your handset,
To access Closed voicemail - dial *981099 from your handset,
You will then be prompted to enter your PIN number. This can be seen in our Stan customer area under Hashkey > Voicemail

Advanced option 1 – Record a greeting. You will be asked to choose a greeting between 1 and 9. If you have never recorded a greeting before, then press 1. Press # to stop recording.

Advanced option 0 – Return to the main menu
You can change your greeting at any time by following the instructions above, and choosing a different greeting number.
