You can view call routing in our customer area, Stan.
Login in to Stan, Hashkey, Call Records
In the call records you will see the little information logo on the left of all incoming calls
Then you will be displayed the router your call took.
In this example the dialled number went through our Time Conditions, Hit our IVR menus where the customer choose the option which rang our Ring Group 2000 and the call was answered by extension 1003.
