Custom greetings can be recorded by using the button in Oona or the feature code *732. These can be used for Auto Attendant (IVR) or advising callers their call maybe recorded.

Select the button in Oona or dial *732, enter PIN number 7826. Select recording position 1 and record your message, press # to end recording.
