Go to the App Store.

Search for onedrive and click the GET button. You you already have it on a device it will show a picture of a cloud instead.

Enter the email address registered with One Drive. Then click the arrow

An authentication window will now open. Your email address should eb displayed, now enter your account password and click sign in.

Now just choose the files tab and all your folders will be showing.
