When you have a call on the line, there are two ways to transfer it to either an extension or an external phone number:
Attended transfer: You speak to the other extension or phone number before transferring the call.
Blind transfer: You will push the call straight to the other extension or number without talking to the end user.
Attended transfer
Place the caller on hold using the button under the Hold button on your Snom phone.
Dial the extension or number you wish to transfer the call to and talk to the other user prior to transfer . If the other person wishes to accept the call press the button under the Transfer button and then the tick key.
Blind transfer
With the caller on the line, press the Transfer button.
Dial the extension or phone number of the other person you wish to transfer the call to and press the tick key.
