Go to the url https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9PKTQ5699M62 When the page loads click Get in Store app

You may get the following message. Click Open Microsoft Store

Click get

The download will start but may take sometime.

Once completed click open.

Allow the app by clicking Yes if you get the following popup.

Enter you Apple Id username and password and click Sign In

You may 2FA setup on you Apple Account so enter the code if applicable

As we are just covering contacts and calendars untick all bar Contacts and Calendars, then click Apply

Choose if you want to allow diagnostics to Apple

Once completed click Done

Open your Outlook App

In contacts you will see you iCloud contacts

In calendar you will see your iCloud calendar
